See Earth by SAW.Earth presents a series of 14 new handmade lamps as well as 3 stone and wood assemblages.  Using cedar wood bases, the lamp shades are constructed with handmade mulberry bark paper with hemp, flowers or bodhi leafs pressed within.

Louise Erdrich writes that when we pick up a stone, it may be the stone moving us, not the other way around. Believing this invites us to see Earth with a kind of everyday magic.  The work comprising See Earthis all made by hand, bearing a negotiation between the desires of the artist and those of its materials.  The resulting lighting objects move us to see Earth with deeper meaning, establishing a rootedness on our planet that can be both alien and familiar.
