Italo Book Club is an exhibition of thirty rare and out-of-print books dedicated to the icons of Italian modernism, including designers, architects, and artists— all who helped to shape the modern world and pave the way for a diverse set of thinking and creating.
Curated by designers Scott Newlin and Emily CM Anderson, Italo Book Club reflects the pair’s passion for Italian modernism. The collection brings together monographs and exhibition catalogs by and about modernist icons such as Aldo Rossi, Gae Aulenti, Gio Ponti, Carlo Scarpa, AG Fronzoni, and many others. Each piece offers a glimpse into the rigor, beauty, and humor that has shaped Italy’s modern design language.
