Roto Sunrise

A collaboration between Michael Wong (Hypersurface Studio) and Paul Reamey. Roto Sunrise is an experimental lamp that encourages physical engagement to alter the character of the light in your space. If its guts are mechanical, cold, and made by robots, then its exterior borrows materials from artisanal contexts, like mahogany and handblown glass. The rotary dial is made of bakelite, to remind you of your grandmother's rotary phone.
