BOUNCE HOUSE

Kim Mullis (b.1986, Orlando,FL) is an artist and designer based in Brooklyn, NY, who seeks connection to their surroundings through design and formal exploration. Their work creates a sense of place using painting and assemblage in order to explore identity, consumerism and environmental issues. After receiving a BFA in 2008, from The Cooper Union, they began working as a fabricator of visual and window displays, which furthered their interest in world building. Kim has designed window displays for Hermes of Paris and their work has been shown at Fredericks and Mae, Site Unseen - Offsite, The Future Perfect, Piscina, Gotham Gallery and Wassaic Project.
